Bike Season Opens

With bike season opening soon, it's time to get the chrome polished and ready to photograph.

This coming weekend I am shooting at the local Biker Bash, a motorcycle convention that happens every year. I am very excited and nervous so we shall see how it goes. I hope to get some photos of my booth to show you all.

So while at the folks place today eating Easter supper and saying happy birthday to my dog, I took some pictures of my dad's new Harley Davidson Road King.

Enjoy!

Ethan, Alex, and Ian

A few months ago, there was a draw at a local event that I sponsor, for a free photoshoot. This gentleman won, who came to me shortly after saying thanks, and how he hates having his picture taken (great yea? lol) So my friends Ethan and Alex (previously shot) offered to pose with him to make him feel more comfortable.

Alex and Ethan are amazing when it comes to concepts. We decided to do a post apocalyptic theme in the room next to Ethan's. This is what we did.

So I also took some time to do some shots of the lovely Lady Myers and Ethan because they are just too damn cute!!

I do have more images coming soon.. I just bought a new mac, and am using the new system, as well as CS4 so I have alot of catching up, and learning to new.. (note: CS4 camera raw is to die for!)

more images and details coming soon!

Black Moor

Black Moor and I have a odd history together. After booking a weekend trip to Montreal to see Iron Maiden together after only meeting a few months before at our jobs, we had a wonderful memorable experience seeing one of the greatest metal bands on the planet.

We were also brought closer together that same weekend, upon news that they had been in an accident, on the way home. Their car had been hit head on during a storm, leaving them all (save Nick) injured in the hospital. After a few months recovery, they are back in the business and ready to release their album.

Everyone has shown them much love and support through their time of troubles, and we all wish them the best in their years to come!

CP&D

With the stresses of quitting, one job.. looking for another, and then starting a new job in the middle of March Break has been a bit hard on my business side to get to work on editing a few shoots I have been doing since. So far I have 4 shoots I need to finish editing and then 1 more that I am doing today.

Also much to do about wedding plans has also put me behind on my work. I have been wanting to do more me photography this year but so far it looks as if that will have to wait until I have some stuff behind me.

anywho!

Here are some images I did with a local band called Chaos Panic Disorder

February Blues

With the winter season hitting us with full tilt (i.e. storm after storm) everyone (including myself) is feeling a bit of the winter blues.

I haven't had a chance to shoot a lot this past couple weeks with the bad weather, work, and the hectic stress of planning a wedding. That will be my main concern over the next 6 1/2 months. I am hoping that I will still have time to shoot, and I still have some in the planning process it's just a matter of finding a time that everyone can agree on.

Just a small update for now, I have a few live shows of images that need some work, and a home that needs some tending to. For now, Kelly out.
